How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Nutwise account at any time. Here's how:
- Log in to your Nutwise account at nutwise-app.cloud
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Click on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your Nutwise account, the following will occur:
- Your account credentials (email, password) will be permanently removed
- All your scan history will be deleted
- Any active subscription will be cancelled
- Your personal information will be removed from our systems
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data or scan history.
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact us directly:
- Send an email to support@nutwise.app
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your Nutwise account
- We will process your request within 30 days
Data Retention
We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and helps us improve our services for all users.
