1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nutwise (the "Service"), available at nutwise-app.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nutwise provides an AI-powered fastener identification service that allows users to upload images of fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.) and receive identification information including type, dimensions, material, and other specifications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides 5 scans per month at no cost. Unused scans do not roll over to the next month. The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan provides unlimited scans and enhanced features for a monthly fee. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

4.3 Billing and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload images containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to compete with or develop competing products

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nutwise and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 AI Accuracy

THE SERVICE USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR FASTENER IDENTIFICATION. AI RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF IDENTIFICATION RESULTS. ALWAYS VERIFY CRITICAL MEASUREMENTS WITH APPROPRIATE TOOLS BEFORE USE.

7.2 General Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nutwise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
